Empower Your Journey with Taekwondo!
Welcome to our Taekwondo Program, specially designed for juniors and adults aged 13 and above! Our program offers a unique blend of physical training, mental development, and character building, suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. Led by experienced instructors, our classes focuses on the traditional Korean martial art of Taekwondo, known for its dynamic kicks, strikes, and self-defense techniques.

HOW DO THEY PROGRESS?
Students progress through regular promotion tests held at their location on set dates.
Each level they will learn curriculum including patterns, punches and kicks, non contact sparring, and breaking.
Upon passing promotion test, they will be advanced to the next level and learn new curriculum. There are nine levels for them to progress through.
Students at Sung Lee Taekwondo can participate in programs to motivate them to do well at home, school, and at the dojang.
